Pumpkin Lovin’

Can I just say for the record…


It’s the beginning of “All Things Pumpkin” and I’ve got a yummy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie recipe for you to try! I threw this together one day post WOD (workout of the day) to recharge before I headed to pick up Buddybird from preschool. It’s a delicious flavor combination that covers my nutritional needs in this situation!



1/2 Frozen Banana

1/2 can (15 oz) Organic Pumpkin

1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I like Stronger, Faster, Healthier brand)

1 Tbsp. almond butter

1 pinch pumpkin pie spice blend

Throw it all into your blender and give it a whirl




It’s a lot like pumpkin pie in a glass!

Next time I’ll try a scoop of chocolate hazelnut butter too!
